I trust that any participatory design research created with support from community stakeholders are more likely to get implemented into action. I am a passionate about utilizing soft data and turn them into strategic insights and have most recently developed a conceptual captology design that demonstrates a practical application of participatory cultural mapping (PCM). I received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Community Development, a Master of Science in Social Administration, and presently finalizing my MFA thesis in Design Management and preparing for a doctoral education in design and planning. I have also studies urban ethnography, social network analysis and, for the past few years, I have been creatively integrating design thinking principles, ethnographic research, and community engagement concepts into everything I do.
